Adventure City Games offers immersive adventures that you can play directly on your phone. Explore iconic neighborhoods in the world’s most beautiful cities through story-driven games that combine treasure hunts, outdoor escape games, and urban exploration. Our adventures are available in both English and French.

2) How do you play?

It’s very simple!
- Choose and purchase your adventure on our website.
- Invite your friends, family, or colleagues and set up the players.
- Receive an activation email with everything you need to play.
- Start your game anytime within the next 12 months.
- Go to the starting point, follow the instructions… and let yourself be surprised!

3) How much does it cost?

The price per player is displayed on each game page.

4) How long does an adventure last?

On average, between 1 and 2 hours, depending on your pace. Each puzzle has a time limit (usually 30 minutes). Are you ready for the mission?

5) Do I need to install an app?

No, there’s no app to download! Everything is played via the link received by email, directly in your smartphone’s browser.

6) How many players can join?

Our games adapt to all group sizes! For an optimal experience, we recommend teams of up to 10 players. And why not spice up the adventure by adding a little competition between teams? 😏

If you have more than 20 players playing at the same time, we recommend having teams start a few minutes apart. At the end, a team ranking will determine the winners. Will you rise to the challenge? 🚀🔥

7) Can you play without a phone?

No, a phone with internet access is essential to interact with the game, receive instructions, and solve puzzles.

8) Do I need to book a time slot?

No! Play whenever you want after purchase, within 12 months.

9) Can we play at night?

Yes, but some puzzles require observing details such as signs or building facades, so we recommend playing during the day.

10) What should we prepare before playing?

Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your adventure, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

12) Are the games suitable for everyone?

Our adventures are designed to be accessible to all.
👨‍👩‍👦 Children must be accompanied by an adult.
🦸️ Some puzzles with time limits or requiring precise observations might be challenging for people with mobility impairments or vision difficulties.

Contact us with both your old and new email addresses, and we will update it for you.

3) I can’t start my game—why?

Ensure your activation link is still valid (it remains valid for 12 months).
Check that your phone is connected to the internet.
The link can only be used once. A new access is required to replay.

4) I’m stuck on a puzzle—what should I do?

Type HINT in your adventure’s chat to receive help! And of course, you can always use Google if needed. 😉
